Tell us the journey you have taken to become a professional costume designer?

I was born in Moscow, Russia and immigrated to the United States at age 11.

    • At a very young age I found an outlet for my creativity through various forms of design and illustration. After graduating high school in Phoenix, AZ, I followed a calling and moved to Los Angeles to attend the distinguished Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, specializing in fashion design.

    While still attending FIDM, I successfully launched a signature line called GLAZA.
