Michael Jerome Oher (; néWilliams Jr.;[1] born May 28, 1986) is an American former professional football player who was a tackle for eight seasons in the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football for the Ole Miss Rebels, earning unanimous All-American honors as a senior in 2008. Oher was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in the first round of the 2009 NFL draft. He spent his first five seasons with the Ravens and was a member of the team that won Super Bowl XLVII.
